Creating a plan that works for you

Through my personalized counseling/coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve wellness. I am a huge fan of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) I strive to implement both models of self-improvement as a guide to helping you seek out your best self. I am also happy to offer child play therapy for children too young to benefit from talk therapy.
